IFMC-IL is committed to improving beneficiary care through education and quality improvement. We provide technical assistance, resources and tools to numerous providers and facilities throughout the state of Illinois to break down organizational, cultural and geographic barriers by facilitating large-scale learning and action networking opportunities, collaborative projects, online learning,best practice sharing, shared tools and peer-to-peer education. Working in this way, we deliver improvement initiatives that can be customized to suit individual facilities, practices, and communities and accelerate the speed at which our partners learn and implement change.
